I'm having troubles RGB stream on Astra S.
I developed some time ago a program using the SDK OpenNI2 in C++. The program worked well until I bought a new Astra S 3D camera. The new camera was not recognized. Looking for a bit on the forum, I was able to solve my problem by installing the latest driver of the camera and copying the file orbbec.dll into the OpenNI2\Drivers folder.
However, the RGB stream is not as smooth as it used to be. I did some tests with SimpleColorViewer-SFML and SimpleDepthViewer-SFML, on different computers and different USB ports (VGA resolution and 30 FPS). Depth stream remains stable and returns an image every 33 ms. RGB stream fails to respect 30 FPS and returns an image every 100 ms on average, with great variability.
Do you have any idea to solve my problem ?
