I’m using an Astra on a Pi 5 and for the life of me I haven’t been able to get it working.
I installed Ubuntu, I loaded the libraries (I think) and couldn’t get anything to run. On my pc I got the Astra running using the OpenNI but I could get the Orbbec program itself to work on windows, it opens but doesn’t recognise the camera.
All I’m looking to achieve is recording the depth and colour from the Astra, it doesn’t matter to me how this is done. I really need to get it working on the Pi for my project, I literally haven’t gotten any program to run on Pi, I am very new to Ubuntu which is probably a big part of the issue.
Does anyone have any advice or can they point me in the right direction to solving this problem?
