(Astra 2) Filters and how to remove these outliers/noises around the obtained point cloud area

It’s my first post here. I would like to know if it’s a issue from the camera or is it normal that the point cloud appears like this, Before register a point cloud I set a min and max values (through OrbbecViewer and python code) for the threshold filter to determine a specific region, but there are some noises on the boundaries of the point cloud for example here below the arms and in the shirt’s sides:

I would like to ask for filters, techniques, algorithms tips to tuning, remove these noises on the objects boundaries.
