I just got an Astra+, and I’m struggling to get it up fully detected. I installed drivers, and it is connected to the PC via USB C - C cable. The PC is running Windows 11.
The camera is not detected by OrbbecViewer, and the samples in the OpenNI SDK don’t detect the camera either.
The camera IS detected in Windows Control panel, and the native camera app can access the RGB camera. It is also detected in TouchDesigner, the software I want to use it with. In TouchDesigner I can access depth data, so the camera is definately working. I would like to get it working with the SDK as well.
Also, the USB cable that came with the camera seems broken, when I use that even Windows doesn’t detect it.
