Astra+ Pro not working

Hello,

I have issues to make the Orbbec Astra+ Pro working under windows 10. The Color camera is working perfectly, but not the depth camera. The OrbbecViwer does not accept tu run it. I can see the camera un the device list, but when I select it the camera connect and disconnect immediately. When selecting camera in the dropbox list of devices the The UID part seems empty.

Tried to reboot, uninstall, change usb port etc. Nothing works! Any idea?
