Astra ROS node on github

I’ve published a simple ROS node for the ORBBEC Astra.
The node is based on our previous work for xtion/kinect, no bells and whistles (since our main concern was to make it run on boards like ODROID/Raspberry etc etc) just depth/rgb, camera info, sync/registration (after the firmware update).
