After inputting a license for body tracking, I get “ERROR [astra] Body Tracking Error: 0x30002d31 Please contact Orbbec support.” whenever I run any of the samples or code with the body tracking part of the sdk. I’ve uninstalled the Astra / Sensor driver, rebooted, downloaded from scratch several times, and no luck. Using the same code on another PC works just fine.
Note that I had the SDK working fine with the trial license, and plugging in a new camera suddenly demanded a license, and after the long process of getting a license, I’m still getting the tracking error.
Any ideas?
