Calibration on astra Fails (stuck)

we’re trying to use rtabmap with astra by this tutorial:

and as suggested, we tried to do camera calibration by this tutorial:

Although the camera ditected our printed checkboard successfully, after we press on “calibrate” we can see that the output is similar to the one in the tutorial, but we don’t get the “save” and “commit” options, and our laptop gets stuck.

Is there a solution to the problem or another way to do ros mapping with astra?


Why do you think that this is caused by the orbbec? Does the calibration run as expected in your installation if you use a different camera?
