Can not connect Femto Mega I to example c++ progarms

I get this when trying to run the Femto Mega I with the c++ example code. the camera has the default Ip address 192.168.0.10. The network card it is connected to has the same subnet (192.168.0.11 /24 ).

What steps am i missing?

i was on the wrong subnet the femto mega I is 192.168.1.10. although I can not connect to c++ example still

Python examples do not detect the device either. The only thing that works for me is the Orbbec Viewer.

OrbbecViewer worked means your network connection is good. Have you enabled the netdevice in the OrbbecSDKConfig_v1.0 file?
