Is there any way to check if my camera (SN 17122030861) has RGB-D sync ? I purchased this camera (Astra) in december 2016 (so sync should be present), but enabling frame synch doesn’t work. I’m using OpenNI2 and depth frames doens’t match with color frames with the same frameindex. Links on this forum seems dead and I have no idea on how to check this. Any idea?
