Depth Image Saved Blank(Black) from both the SDK demo and the OrbbecViewer

Hi All,

I am running Orbbec Femto Bolt on a Jetson Nano board(Ubuntu Arm64). I was able to view the depth image through the Orbbec SDK example as well as the orbbec view. But when it comes to saving the depth image, the images are saved but they are all blank(black)

Any resolutions?

There may be a problem with a specific sensor or cable. Does this sensor work on a another PC?
Try to look through Nuitrack (free). Will there be an depth image in this case? Releases · 3DiVi/nuitrack-sdk · GitHub
