Depth variations every Videostream startings

I tested repeatability of Astra mini s sensor.
The result showed there were some depth variations every videostream start up.
The Depth variation is more than 10mm at 650mm distance.
Outer area has big variation and center area has not big difference.
After start up, there are not big variations.
It looks that there are some parameters in the sensor are changed each starting.
Does anyone know to fix sensor settings at start phase? (exposure, gain, …)
