Hello,
I have bought a device orbbec astra and everything was working ok and suddenly i could not connect to the device. When i run on ubuntu terminal ‘lsusb’ the device does not appear, but the projector of the sensor is always on when i plug the usb cable to the computer. I think that is strange because usually the projector only turns on when i run the application to adquire images. Can anyone help me with this issue?
