Does Astra SDK support gesture recognition?

I’m hoping to hook my astra camera to a RPi3 and have it recognize gestures, similar to Orbbec Android Gesture Control 8 4 2015 HD - YouTube

Is this included in the SDK? Or do you have to use a third party library like OpenCV for gesture recognition?
