We are trying to use our newly purchased Orbbec Femto Bolt for some of our research project (basically to get the point clouds through Unity). Everything works great. However, at one point, the connections break (the computer fail to find and access the camera), and the power indicator blinks white.
We have tried to access camera using different cables, and different machine, but still not able to make it work. The issue is that the host machine simply not able to find the plugged usb device. There is no new entry in the device manager (on windows) after the camera being replugged. Similar observation also occurs on the Mac: no new items showing up with “lsusb”.
We want to ask if there is any way to simply factory reset the hardware? I think the issue right now is that the computer is not able to access the camera (which means uploading firmware is not practical). Thank you so much! All suggestion are welcome!
