Femto Bolt motion-to-photon latency

I’m running a Femto Bolt with pyorbbecsdk v2 on Windows 11. Under Color 1920×1080 30 FPS (MJPG), Depth 640×576 30 FPS (Y16) and SW D2C alignment, I occasionally see motion-to-photon latency jump to 200–300 ms, while the average hovers around 25 ms. Replacing the USB 3.2 cable, switching MJPG → RGB888, disabling SW D2C and even setting CAP_PROP_BUFFERSIZE = 1 only reduce the mean, not the large spikes. Has anyone lowered these peaks (e.g., by tweaking the SDK’s frame-queue depth, enabling HW D2C, upgrading to firmware ≥ 1.5, or using a Jetson/CUDA pipeline) to keep latency consistently below 50 ms? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
