Femto Mega is not recognized through ethernet

I have the setup of a netgear poe switch (up to 30w per port), a TP link router and a femto mega camera. However the camera is not recognized in the LAN, I can only find my computer.

I have the another OAK-D POE camera, if I replace the femto mega with the OAK-D camera, it can be found with the same setup, at 192.168.0.10

for femto mega, the light is stable white, however not showing up in LAN

OK, I see, I have to enable DHCP in usb mode first…
