We are using the Femto Mega in a high-profile interactive work currently beeing in opening Phase.
We are reading out the pointcloud stream via network in a VVVV based exhibtion software. However, i think the problem is unrelated to VVVV.
lets say about once a week, the Camera becomes undetectable for the Exhibtion PC. It doesnt show up anymore both in Orbbec Viewer and in the VVVV app.
Only restarting the PC will make the camer appear again. It looks like the camera is not down or anything. Just that it is not accessible for that PC anymore.
Could you help me trouble shooting this?
I also wonder if there could be hotfix, like triggering a script or something…
