My Gemini 2 is detected by Windows but will not stream. Serial number: AY6Z36300MN. VID/PID: 2BC5/0670. Purchased from B&H, order #1129979456, delivered June 26, 2026.
Orbbec Viewer v1.10.27 and v2.8.7 both find the camera on USB 3.0, then fail while reading firmware: “send control transfer failed”. Windows error: “A device attached to the system is not functioning.” The Windows Camera app is black for both RGB and depth.
I used the included USB-C cable and a second USB cable, on a direct USB-C port and on a USB-A port rated 5V 2A. The 8-pin sync port is unused. Please advise on warranty repair or replacement.
