Gemini 336 visible IR filtering and mounting behind glass

Hi,

we are currently testing the Gemini 336 as our main tracking device in a large interactive exhibition. While we are completely satisfied with the accuracy of the camera and have already implemented several working applications, we still need to clarify two design issues and hope that you can help us with this:

  1. The camera’s infrared light is currently visible to both humans and smartphone cameras. Can anyone recommend filters to make it invisible, at least to humans and ideally to cameras as well?
  2. How well does the Gemini perform when mounted behind glass? Are there specific types of glass we should avoid?

Kind regards,
Moritz
