I am currently experiencing an issue with my Femto Mega I device where only the infrared frame and IMU function correctly. The depth, colour, and point cloud streams are not working. I cannot retrieve these streams despite following the setup procedures as detailed in the SDK documentation.
Could you please share the logs from the viewer here that we can gain more information first?
Also, you can refer to Device Not Listed in Device Manager and K4A Viewer Cannot Open Camera sections from Femto Mega Documentation first to rule out some possible causes.
The device is connected via Ethernet and powered with an external power supply.

The issue has been resolved successfully.
I have another question: how can I switch from snapshot mode to stream mode to get 30fps at a resolution of 640x576?
When it’s on stream mode, you can switch to any supported resolution and frame rate you preferred.
