We make ar-sandboxes where we used to use MS Kinect 2. Now we have switched to Femto Bolt. We have connection problems with cables longer than 1.8m.
We used to have problems even with the 2m cable. Now we use USB C - USB C Unitek C14091ABK and it is ok.
Some devices have the computer at a distance of 4.5m from the sensor. Do you have any experience with 5m USB C cables? For the Kinect we used Lindy 36744 5m A to B cable.
We previously tested this 16 ft USB -C 3.0 cable and it worked well with Femto Bolt.
