Is anyone else hearing static when they try to use the Astra for Skype or voice recording? I’m not sure if it’s the camera or not, but all I hear is white noise over my voice. I can barley hear my voice, but it just sounds like static over my voice. Is there a fix for this?

We haven’t receive any report related to the microphone yet. But My engineers are looking into this issue right now. We will post a solution (fixing tool) if the issue is confirmed and fixed.
