No GUI window when running Samples

Hello,
I run sudo ./SimpleRead from OpenNI-Linux -Arm-2.3/Samples/SimpleRead/Bin/Arm-Release in Persee.
I start getting these values:

What are these values? Why do I not get a GUI window. I see to have installed all necessary libraries and dependencies, including libgl1-mesa-dri
Help!

This is normal. SimpleRead is a console application. It displays a timestamp and the depth value in the middle of the screen.
