Orbbec bodytracking trial expired error

We have a problem using astra depth tracking sensor. When starting project which uses an older version of astra SDK, after a minute or two of use we get the following error:

2018-12-17 13:46:11,195 ERROR [astra] Body Tracking Error: 0x400eebe3 Orbbec Body Tracking trial expired. Please contact Orbbec support.

We have a valid license. What could be the problem? Could it be a result of using older sdk. If yes, how should we update it?

Yes I think you need to update the SDK.
