I recently ordered from orbbec (mid 2019) a pool of 12 persee sensors.
After debugging our existing C++ codebase, extensively tested vs. other persees, it turns out that this pool of sensors provides the depth stream with resolution 640x400, instead of the expected 640x480.
Although this is not a particularly bad issue, I’m wondering if also the depth FOV specifics can be different from what expected from the specs.
We use the persees for field experiments: depth FOV is for us a crucial parameter.
I tried to contact orbbec. After many frustrating emails, many almost ridiculous, I’m sad to say, I still lack an answer.
Is someone else experiencing the same issue?
