Persee Android spyware?

I just found a strange application installed on a newly flashed Persee. The android image is Persee_Android_EN_v010.img from the download thread.

The app have full access to everything on the device. You can find it in Settings/Apps/Downloaded

I investigated it a bit more and it does not seem to be a harmful application. It is a Fruit slicer game. The Chinese name, the extensive list of required permissions and that it does not show up in the application list made me suspicious.
