Same issue. Any suggestions @moderators

Hello,
I do have the same problem.
I have started the Persee N1 just after receiving it.
I did the command sudo apt update and sudo apt upgrade
During the upgrade, I have been asked to keep or change the config for the following files:
/etc/update-motd.d/10-help-text
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.snapd.snap-confine.real
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20snapd.conf
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/nvidia-l4t-apt-source.list
/etc/default/apport
/etc/default/rng-tools
/etc/enctune.conf
/etc/init.d/apport
/etc/ld.so.conf.d/nvidia-tegra.conf
/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-nvidia.conf
/etc/nv/tegra/release
/etc/nvidia-container-runtime/host-files-for-container.d/l4t.csv
/etc/systemd/nv-oem-config-post.sh
/etc/systemd/nvfb.sh
/etc/wpa/supplicant.conf
/etc/xdg/autostart/update-notifier.desktop/

For each file, I have accepted the new configuration, which probably broke some simlink.

After the upgrade, I have an error on these three packages: dpkg: error processing package
openssh-server
nvidia-l4t-gputools
rsyslog

Do you have any solution to fix the problem?
Could you share the operating system img you use and the tutorial to flash the jetson nano ?

Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards

@moderators please help. i’m not able to flash my persee N1

@partha-an You could try to install official system via the “SDk Manager”.

  1. Install and run “SDK Manager” on a PC/Laptop (Ubunut 18.04 or 16.04)
  2. Connect Persee N1 with the PC/laptop through USB type C port, Insert a microsd card in the PerseeN1.
  3. Connect the power supply to PerseeN1, long press the ‘Force Recovery’ button, at the same time, press the power button until it is recognized in the “SDK Manager” (entering recover mode)
  4. For “SDK Version” select “JetPack 4.6.4” in the “SDK Manager”
  5. Download and install the “JetPack 4.6.4” in the PerseeN1

After completing this installation and settings in the PerseeN1, updates and upgrades can be executed without encountering any rebooting issues.
