PointCloud projection error

Hello all,
I am new for this whole calibration stuff.

I have tried to calibrate using the chessboard as provided in the orbbec docs and successfully calibrated.
I am now trying to calibrate with point cloud and there is some error that the depth image is being projected as white background to the wall. You can see the error from the image.
Can someone please help me on this? Is it an error or any other?
