Recording Synchronized RGB and Depth Streams with Orbbec Femto Bolt

Hi,
I’m a newcomer, and I am using two Femto Bolt. I need to record the RGB and Depth streams in sync. I am following the following instructions for the sync:

I prefer to use a dedicated PC per Femto Bolt.

My question is, how do I record the RGB and Depth Streams? Can I do so through OrbbecViewer?

Now, I am trying to use the TouchDesigner tool to capture both streams, but I am only able to record RGB, and I am not sure that those recordings are synchronized.

I am also interested in combining info from both RGB and Depth. My use case is as follows: using an open-source pose estimation tool to estimate the poses by analyzing the RGB recorded video. I have only x and y coordinates. I want to use the depth recorded video to derive the z coordinate to have a 3D representation.

Do you think this is feasible, and how can it be achieved? I tried k4arecorder.exe, but the size is very huge, and I am not able to process the .mkv file for now.
