Running Orbbec Femto via Ethernet on TouchDesigner

Hi,
I’m running the latest firmware on my Mega. I need to run this via ethernet with TouchDesigner. When I connect via ethernet, TouchDesigner sees the camera but has an error loading the device. The Orbbec Viewer also sees it via an IP of 192.160.0.10 but when I select it, I again get an error of can’t load the device.
I tried connecting this to my laptop using a USB-C ethernet adapter. I also tried a dedicated network device. Both same issue.

The camera works fine over USB-C. Can you please advise how to get this running over ethernet?

You could refer to the datasheet for POE power mode.

Okay, and then what do I do?
I never asked about PoE. I’m asking about making it work over ethernet. I have the power adapter connected and it still doesn’t work with ethernet.
I tried to downgrade the firmware but old firmware doesn’t work on your new hardware.
Does this camera work over ethernet with the latest firmware?
