Just received my Astra yesterday (As the XTIon is now out of favour). It’s intended use us on a Raspberry Pi 3 - hooked into ROS.
To start testing things out I’ve looked it up to my laptop and downloaded OpenNI-Linux-x64-2.3 run ./install.sh then built SimpleViewer. The app comes up and I can see the sensor turn on but nothing is coming through. Any ideas?
It doesn’t even show up when running lsusb - is that normal/expected?
When moving to the Rpasberry Pi can I use the precompiled Arm64 build?
