STILL no response to Parsee shipping info requests

This is getting ridiculous to put it mildly. I have sent emails to info@orbbec3d.com and to Josh, gone through indiegogo, and I have posted here about how I have not received my Persees nor any shipping information. Repeatedly. I have yet to get a response. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

It would be great to have replacements for Primesense without the hassle of the K2s, but this kind of extremely poor customer service is making me very averse to incorporating Orbbec products into any of my projects. I am hoping this is some kind of spam-bucket issue, but frankly I don’t know how that could be the case given the different channels I have used.
