I am writing to request technical assistance regarding my Astra Pro Plus camera. While the device is correctly recognized by Windows and works perfectly with the AstraUnitySample, it is not being detected by OrbbecViewer (v1.10.35), TouchDesigner, or MadMapper.
Current Status:
Device Manager: Shows “USB Camera” (RGB) and “ORBBEC Depth Sensor” (under Orbbec category) correctly.
Functionality: Depth and RGB work fine in Unity samples.
The Problem: Other software only sees the “USB Camera” (RGB) but fails to initialize the Depth sensor.

The SDK seems to detect the hardware ID but fails to match the device:
