I was about to place an order. I have emailed support twice now without any sign of life. What is going on? Do I have to look for alternative suppliers?

That’s interesting. Your reply prompted me to try a different browser and that seems to work. Although the main page redirects me from https to http. That might be why my main browser refused to load the website. The login link however does work over https. So using Welcome to Orbbec 3D Tech. Intl. Inc - 3D Vision for a 3D World in my main browser does work. I think there might be some configuration issue with the https certificate on the main landing page.
