Hi, we have a Femto Bolt which we are using to record some interactions between people via k4arecorder on Ubuntu 20.04.06. We previously used Azure Kinect but made the decision to purchase Femto Bolt since our current scripts that we use to process videos from Azure Kinect would still work even with videos recorded from Femto Bolt.
Unfortunately, this was not the case and upon running our previous scripts on newly recorded videos from Femto Bolt, we were not able to extract out colour information with k4a_get_color_image from the Femto Bolt videos. We have done all the necessary replacement of system files as recommended by Orbbec in their documentation and would like to check if anyone may possibly have any other advice for us to resolve the issue. I have the Orbbec log after recording starts attached here for more details.
