I recently bought the Femto Bold and today i opened it and tried to use it. The first problem i had was with the connection. Although I used everything in the box (new), the device won’t be recognized neither by my laptop nor PC. It says that a USB mass storage device is connected. The Femto Bold blinks white in the back which is why i assume a Problem with the USB, but i don’t know why. I tried other USB - cables and it also was the same problem. Can someone help me ??

I am having the exact same issue. Did you ever manage to find a fix?
I have tried uninstalling and rebooting, but every time Windows sees as it as a mass storage device, and I did power it up with the power adaptor.

Has your issue been resolved? You can use the OrbbecViewer tool to check if the Femto Bolt camera has entered upgrade mode. If it has, you will need to upgrade the firmware. The upgrade method is as follows:
