Restrict camera from tracking multiple users (not human)

We are using Orbbec SDK Unity package for tracking human user movements but larger cardboard boxes, even when not blocking camera view of human user, are being detected as human users and raising issues with our tracking abilities.

  1. Why is the camera treating the box as a human and how do we prevent this?
  2. How can we restrict the tracking (skeleton) to a single human body for the entire task?
